    A straightforward questionnaire. It would be useful to have tick boxes for age ranges for the "what is your age?" question as it can make analysing the results of your questionnaire easier. Also, the question of "Would you get offended if religion is questioned?" is a very open question with a lot of possible answers which may or may not be informative when the results are analysed
